The commission was made up of three commissioners, their secretary and nine clerks. CONDITION In a cloth binding. Externally, sound with some rubbing and bumping. Dampstaining to boards. Label to front pastedown. Internally, firmly bound. Pages cockled and mildly age toned with spotting throughout.
