Description: Vintage August 17, 1935 issue of The Spectator - A Journal of Progress for Oregon and Pacific Northwest. First published in 1906, it was in its twenty-ninth year. Of note inside on the Society pages, is an account of the wedding of Roberta Pittock, granddaughter of Henry L. Pittock, who owned the Oregonian newspaper and built Pittock Mansion, now a tourist attraction in the hills overlooking Portland. The wedding was held at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Francis Pittock. She married Boyd McNaughton of San Francisco, CA. It was described in detail, down to the flowers carried by the attendants and the mothers of the bride and the groom. Another article of note is an account of the Mazamas Camp outing at Killen Creek Meadows. Almost five columns are devoted to that adventure. Also some interesting local ads and in the back there are legal notices. No damage. Sixteen pages. Stapled binding is intact. I have a liberal return policy. If you buy it and don't like it, send it back at your expense for a full refund minus a restocking fee if you comply with the following terms: Within five days of receipt, notify me that you want a refund.
