Description: What a sweet addition this would make to your collection! This is a 17-in Ideal doll marked on the back of her head. Ideal doll ST-17-1 and she is dressed in a pink, I think what you call organza dress with attached underskirt and panties which have yellowing around the elastic on the top, black shoes and socks and then her original Shirley Temple pin attached to the satin ribbon on the front. Not sure if the clothes are original to her or the shoes but they fit her well. Her hair still has the original set or hairdo and there are a couple bobby pins in her hair. It's kind of flat from storage. She has dimples on either side of her mouth, an open mouth with teeth and sleep eyes that sometimes stick either open or closed and sometimes I think she looks like she has a side glance but it could just be the way they have moved over time. She's pretty clean. Doesn't look like she was stored in the basement or anywhere there like that because she doesn't have a bad smell to her. Minor marks on her legs as shown and her face is a little sticky which often happens to these dials from the '50s that are made of vinyl. Listing her at a price that is according to her condition and hoping she goes to a good home!
