Description: 1975 Wet Signed Letter from President Gerald Ford expressing his thanks & appreciation just days after his assassination attempt in San Francisco. Typed personal letter, dated September 25, 1975. The signed letter measures approx 8 7/8" x 6 3/4" & appears to have an actual ink signature as some parts of the ink is showing through the back of the paper. Please note, I do NOT have a Certificate of Authenticity as this came from a relative's estate. The letter is on The White House Washington stationary with the Presidential Seal directly above (Seal is very hard to see as it is the same color as the paper). Letter is in great condition, free from any stains or tears. The corners are still mostly sharp as well. Item has been folded in half, but No envelope nor COA included.
