This bottle has an Olive Amber Color when backlit. I would date this bottle from 1858 to early 1860's. It has an Applied Lip and has a Large Sand Pontiled Base with Kick-Up. It stands about 10 1/4 inches tall. It has Nice Crudeness to Surface of Glass like Whittle. It is Guaranteed to have Original Paper Label. The Label has a Fancy Shield Image with RBB Monogram and TRADE MARK inside and also reads: BEST STOUT PORTER--- FROM ROBT. B. BYASS---LONDON---IN CONSEQUENCE OF NUMEROUS FORGERIES, THIS IN FUTURE WILL BE THE LABEL ISSUED BY R. B. BYASS.---1ST OCTOBER, 1858. The condition is Superb. No dings, No chips, No cracks and No repairs. It is Very Clean with Great Shine. The Label has some Aged Darkened Patina and some tiny nicks at margins.
