Description: 16 piece hand painted Nippon Moriage tea set made in Japan 1891-1921. Teapot with lid, creamer, sugar with lid, 6 saucers with only 5 cups. Missing one cup. Tiny chips on inside rim of teapot and one or two on rim of sugar. Not sharp or large. No cracks. Beautiful set trimmed in gold with a tiny bit of gold wear. Very little considering age. Beautiful colors and design. Purchased from old estate in New Orleans in garden district.
