This differential can be uséd for either the front or back, as they are exactly the same. So if you need to replace both differentials on your car, make sure to add 2 in the QTY dropdown. The differential housing is made of aluminum to enhance aesthetics and durability. All too often, when doing serious bashing or racing, sometimes the gears inside of the differential strip the entire housing, leaving your car dead in it's track. These aluminum differnetials solve this problem because it is much harder to strip aluminum than it is with stock plastic differential housing. Compatible with: Traxxas Slash 4x4 / VXL / Platinum / Ultimate Traxxas Rustler 4x4 / VXL Traxxas Stampede 4x4 / VXL Traxxas Hoss 4x4 / VXL...and most other 1/10 4x4 traxxas RC cars (check manufacturer schematics).
