Description: Picked this up at an estate sale. It says no batteries on the screen. The replace battery indicator red button is flashing . The unit is very heavy so it seems it does have a battery but I am not sure . The outlets in the back of the unit all work fine and supply power. I took a picture of all the screen readings. It seems like it works but I don't fully understand the device. SEE ALL PHOTOS. No returns.
