We cannot see this band of light with the naked eye, but we can feel this type of light in the form of heat. Our sun produces most of its energy output in the infrared segment of the spectrum. Infrared rays heat your body without having to heat the air in-between. This process is called conversion. The infrared is divided into 3 segments by wavelengths measured in microns: near infrared: 0.76-1.5 microns; middle infrared: 1.5-5.6 microns; and far infrared: 5.6-1000 microns. Our customer satisfaction guarantee allows for a return of unused products in original condition 30 days from the time of delivery. Delivery usually takes place only on Monday thru Friday during business hours. If you miss the delivery, there maybe a redelivery charge. LTL freight orders includes a lift gate curbside delivery. You will be responsible for unpacking and discarding the packing materials. The driver cannot help you move the package. It is your responsibility to Inspect the merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure. If merchandise appears to be damaged or missing in any way, please note the damage or shortage on the freight bill. Failure to do so would result in us being unable to file a claim with the freight company, thus your product cannot be replaced.
