France Jean Pouyat Limoges Hand Painted Plate with White Floral Design, c. 1890 - 1902 Vintage from the 19th century This is a lovely hand painted porcelain plate made by J.P.L France, Jean Pouyat Limoges. This plate has a smooth finish with a hand painted design of white flowers with green leaves. The design covers about 3/4's of the plates outer area and the remainder of the plate has a pink, green and yellow wash. The artwork is very nicely done, the white flowers are slightly raised, having just a touch of texture. The shadows and leaves are beautiful. he plate measures 7 1/2" in diameter. Excellent condition.
