This particular card was issued in TCMA's second year (1973) and, judging by availability, was quite obviously produced in quite small quantities - perhaps only a few hundred sets. Reprint sets of 44 cards are very scarce; even single cards appear only occasionally. We were fortunate to acquire a set recently and are offering this card for collectors desiring an example of the set. Team collectors may also want to acquire a specimen or two. Card size is the modern standard (2-1/2" by 3-1/2"). The back features a view of New York's Polo Grounds. Copyright T.C.M.A. Ltd. Reprint 1973" is printed at the bottom/left side (see third scan for a closeup view).
