MIGHTY GEMIT's special formula was developed to bond non-porous rhinestones to most surfaces. It's non-toxic and non flammable, yet permanent and washable. MIGHTY GEMITM Directions 1. Unscrew cap. Remove inner seal. Replace colored top when not in use. 2. Test on scrap materials first. 3. Pre-wash fabrics to remove sizing. 4. Wipe rhinestone backs clean, removing dirt, oils, dust etc. 5. Apply enough glue to cover the back of the rhinestone. Gently position rhinestones without pressure. 6. To apply glitter, spread a thin amount of glue & shake on glitter. After glue dries, shake off excess. 7. Allow to dry 24 hours for best results. • Do Not Freeze • Do Not Dry Clean MIGHTY GEMITM Helpful Hints 1. Familiarize yourself with MIGHTY GEMIT. Understanding how it works with the Items you are embellishing will give you better results. Test product before use. 2. Make sure all work surfaces are properly protected. 3. Clean wet MIGHTY GEMIT with water. Dry cleaning solution dissolves dried glue. 4. Don't use pressure when setting stones to avoid oozing & soak through. 5. MIGHTY GEMIT bonds non-porous items (rhinestones) to porous surfaces (fabrics). When decorating non-porous surfaces, don't use stones larger than 1/4" in diameter. 6. Glue should be put on stones first, apply stones one by one for best results. Please Note: Works best with "flatback" crystals - not "hot-fix." Hot-fix crystals are pre-coated for heat activation and may not give good adhesion results when used with any glue. Allow 24 hours for the glue to dry before tossing it into the wash. What if the bonded surface comes apart in the wash? Insufficient Gem-It™ application might be the issue. Also, consider pre-washing your fabric before applying. Is Gem-It™ recommended for dry cleaning? We do not recommend dry cleaning as Gem-It™ can be removed by the dry-cleaning process.
