No chips or cracks if any slight imperfections may be a light scratch or mark but nothing major. Has the Inland Steel Logo along with what I believe may be the original Ryerson Company Building & not sure but looks like a group of early settlers around a wagon. Anyway it is in great shape & really rare. Maybe a company give-away to their employees or top execs. Measures roughly 5.5" Tall x 2.75" diameter. Truly a great find!
