Dyeing: Dyed with an extra dark color that is one step higher than the dark colors that can be expressed with 100% indigo. The core white part of the yarn is made as large as possible so that the yarn will have a bite easily. Weaving: The yarn is beaten in to the limit with thick yarns on an old power loom, leaving a rough texture. Ears: The selvedges are twisted with red and gold lamé on “sword ears”.Sewing: Cotton threads are mainly banana yellow, golden brown, and two colors.
