Description: Spirea Band Blue lid diameter 8" Manufactured by Bryce, Higbee & Co, Pittsburgh PA circa 1885. This lid is a beautiful blue and any other colors you see in the photographs are reflections of the indoors where I took the photos. This piece sits upright when sitting on level surface and has the lovely bubbles, straw marks and waviness common to this era of glassware. Color and clarity is normal for this pattern. Three part mold and minor mold roughness. There is a large chip out of the flange 1 3/4" and a small chip on the knob. Please email with questions or comments.
