Raven's soul-self overcomes him and returns him to normal. Meanwhile, Robin, Kid Flash, and Cyborg discover and revive a disabled Robotman in the Ugandan jungle. They also uncover a hidden underground city which is the stronghold of Madame Rouge and General Zahl, the killers of the Doom Patrol.
