If a video has deep scratches, they are discarded.Some sealed VHS and DVD (OOP & TCM Archives) may have Barcodes scratched off, marked or covered. This does not affect the movie. It`s just a process that some retailers do when adding their own barcodes.We clean & sanitize all previously view DVD, Blu-Rays and the cases.Dual Layer Format: Some older DVD players may have issues scanning the second layer. Disc may freeze a bit before reading second layer which is common in older DVD players. If disc freezes in middle of film and doesn`t read, it may be the DVD player may need cleaning or the laser may be going bad on your DVD player. One way to verify that it is not DVD player is to load and play another dual layer DVD.
