It includes everything you see pictured. We played this game a lot so expect normal wear from regular use. The 6 sea frame pieces have a bend/warp to them. I have no idea why they have done this over the years. One of the wood cards has a part torn/missing. As I said we played this game a lot so there will be noticeable wear to things. The box corners are intact. The game is complete. I took several pictures so please view them all, zoom in for details and ask questions if needed. This is for sale in the U.S. only. This is sold as is, no returns. Sorry no international shipping. I use USPS flat rate boxes when possible. I have found this to be the quickest and least expensive way to get items shipped.
