As long as I own it (like ALL my comics) it will NEVER spend a single day in an attic, basement or storage unit. It was removed from its Mylar bag for the first time to be photographed for this listing!! Grading Notes: If you’re like me, you get frustrated looking at listings with pictures of clearly blemished copies that sellers claim are NEAR MINT (or even MINT) just because they’re in a bag. I try my best to grade strictly, based on Overstreet criteria. Based on those criteria, this copy is in NEAR MINT (9.4) condition!! It was one of the VERY BEST copies available, selected from all the copies which were delivered to a high-volume Comic Shop on the day they were received - and BEFORE they were put on the racks for customers to handle!!
