It is dirty and needs to be cleaned and serviced before use. Bushings might be ok. The ratchet wheels work correctly. It is marked UW326990 and Urgos Made in Germany No (0) Jewels Unadjusted. It has chains, suspension spring, and pendulum leader. The plate for the movement measures about 5-1/8" square. The distance between plates is about 1-7/16". Sold as is. Please see pictures.
