Description: It's a letter opener and it's bakelite and in the always desirable green color. It absolutely looks hand carved, the reticulations not being/looking all uniform....but the handiwork of a true carving artisan. There's letter openers all across the eBay pages, some are even bakelite or celluloid, but as of this writing none other are quite like this. I'm sure similar ones show up on this site, but not like every day, a chance here to get a relatively harder to find item for your desk tools or cool stash of various bakelite utensils.
