Sidney, New York, U.S.A." The can stands 3 & 7/8 inches tall - NOT counting the plastic spout. (Almost 5 & 1/2 tall if you include the spout.) It is 2 & 1/4 inches wide. The condition is GOOD. It feels full, but the contents seem to have solidified with age. There is rust on the top and bottom sections. It has a couple of dings and scratches, but still displays very nicely.
