Description: The Triumph brand of vintage stockings is well known for quality. This is style 17, a 30 denier walking sheer full fashioned stocking. The 'fine gauge' indicates a high needle count that results in a softer and silkier feel. The color is 'Misty Taupe' (a brown taupe color). The self seam is darker than the leg color which gives these that famous 'pinup look' of the 50's. The unique feature of this style is the 'Ease Top' welt. When sitting down or getting up, the welt keeps a constant tension on the stocking to prevent tearing the nylon. And is more comfortable to wear as well. Full ink imprint. Each pair still wrapped in the authentic embossed Triumph tissue paper. All pairs came directly from a hosiery store over 20 years ago in the original hosiery box and have never been handled or touched.
